    The Envirocort leadership team brings over 75 years of combined experience in the water and wastewater market, with particular experience in the manufacturing process of manhole and pipe rehabilitation.

    Jeff has been involved in the Wastewater industry since 1991 when he joined Pearpoint, Inc. as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager based out of the Chicago area. He now has over 28 years of experience in the Sewer collection system industry with hands on experience in the Sales and Training of Mainline CCTV equipment, Cutter robotics, Pipeline Reporting software, Lateral Inspection systems and CIPP lining technologies for lateral, mainline and manholes applications. In addition, Jeff was a member on the original NASSCO committee that was responsible for the development of the PACP program in 2000-2002.  He is currently certified as a Founding Trainer for NASSCO and teaches the PACP program throughout the USA certifying individuals from municipalities, contractors and engineering firms.

    Mr. Tom Hayes has over 35 years of professional experience in underground utilities construction, water/sewer pipeline condition assessment and pipeline rehabilitation. His experience includes CIPP, Cleaning/CCTV, water and sewer main replacement, pipe bursting, and manhole rehabilitation. His responsibilities included general management, project management, multiple subcontractor management, contract administration, CPM scheduling, construction change orders, project documentation controls, and onsite management of contractors and consultants.

    Tom’s vast experience includes management roles in numerous sewer rehabilitation programs throughout the US. These include City of Houston, City of Nashville Metro Water Services, Miami‐Dade Water and Sewer, Jefferson County, AL., City of Jacksonville, FL. (JEA), and City of Atlanta. Mr. Hayes management career has provided the opportunity to participate in rehabilitation programs from coast to coast encompassing full range of sewer and water repair technologies. As a member of the NASTT, Board of Directors, Mr. Hayes is also exposed to the new and innovative technologies that continue to benefit the pipeline repair industry.

    Following a twenty five year career with a major CIPP company, Mr. Hayes began a successful consulting business that has included clients such as the Water and Sewer Authority of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Hayes management career has focused primarily on direct project management but included general management of the Southeast, Gulf Coast, Southwest sections of the US and concluded with management of North America operations. This experience has exposed Mr. Hayes to wide variety of sewer rehabilitation projects throughout the US.
